Our son has been attending since he was one year old, and the educators have always been patient and supportive in helping him settle in. He recently transitioned into the toddler room, and the process was very smooth. The activities are thoughtfully designed, and he really enjoys them. The app updates are prompt and very convenient for parents to stay informed. We were recently offered a place at a council-run childcare — which is quite difficult to get into — but we chose to stay with Whiz kidz :)

My kids have been attending castle hills whiz kidz for a few months now and I can not be happier with the smooth... My kids have been attending castle hills whiz kidz for a few months now and I can not be happier with the smooth transition my kids have had. The educator and director are so warm and welcoming. As a mother with a child on the spectrum, moving the kids to another centre was scary but the staff have my children and myself feel so welcome. The end of day feedback from the educators is thorough which is something I’ve never experienced at the previous childcare my children attended. It’s comforting to know that my children are happy, safe and acknowledged.

A huge thank you to Melisa, Tailah, Niwen, Belisime, and Le (hoping I’ve spelt all names correctly) for the love, patience, and understanding you show him every day. He comes home with the biggest smile on his face and absolutely loves all of his teachers. They truly feel like part of our family. I also want to sincerely thank my eldest daughter’s teachers from last year. Maria, Leanne, Emily, and the whole team. They worked so closely with her to build her confidence and support her through social anxiety. Thanks to their care, encouragement, and dedication, she came out of her shell and is ready and excited to start 4 year old kinder this year. We are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done for our children.
