My child feels safe, happy and excited to go to the centre every day. I have seen great improvement in my child’s confidence, learning and social skills. The activities are fun, engaging and help children learn through play.

My son is always happy to be there, and has formed strong connections with many of the educators. The service has greatly improved over the last 6 months, and it’s wonderful to see an established team who are always looking for more ways to improve their service offering.

All carers are attentive to her needs and communicate with myself and my partner consistently. We are very happy with this centre and would recommend any of our friends to send their children here.

We have had a wonderful experience at Mini Mastermind Merrylands, and I can confidently say the educators here have played a significant role in my daughter’s overall development. She is currently in the Discoverers Room (2–3 years) and is soon transitioning to the Investigators Room (3–4 years), and the growth we have seen in her confidence, communication, and learning has been amazing. A special mention to Shama, who my daughter absolutely adores. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care have made a huge difference in helping my child feel safe and happy. I would also like to sincerely thank Sana, the Centre Director, for developing a thoughtful and personalised development plan for my daughter and for always being available to support her settling-in and learning journey. Her guidance and leadership are clearly reflected in the quality of care provided. Thank you as well to Hayley, Jatinder, Jeiline, Lucy, Retno, and the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and consistent support. It is clear that the educators truly care about each child’s individual needs and development. My two nephews (aged 3 and 5) have been going to Mini Masterminds in Liverpool for a few months now, and overall, it's been a pretty solid choice for our family. We picked it because it's close by on Northumberland Street and had some good word of mouth from other parents in the area. The place is modern and clean, with lots of space for the kids to run around there's this outdoor area with climbing stuff and trampolines that the boys can't get enough of. The educators seem genuinely invested; they've got programs like the Mini Chefs where the little ones get to mess around with simple cooking, which my older nephew talks about non-stop, saying he made "pizza faces" or something fun like that. The yoga sessions help with calming them down too, which is a bonus after a long day. They follow that Early Years framework thing, and I've noticed the 5 year-old picking up more on letters and numbers without it feeling forced. Communication's decent with their app for daily updates, though sometimes the photos take a bit to load. Fees were straightforward once we got through the enrollment, no major surprises there. It's not perfect occasionally pickup feels a tad rushed but the kids come home happy and tired out, which is what matters. If you're in Liverpool looking for childcare, it's worth checking out. I'd give it 5 stars

Enrolling my child into MM Lidcombe was the best decision we’ve made for our family. The centre is always clean, the educators are absolutely wonderful and really care about getting to know each child and most importantly, any thing we’ve raised about the specific way we want our child to be looked after has been taken seriously and implemented immediately. One thing that’s been instrumental in keeping my child as healthy as possible (which we all know is very difficult at daycare) is they set rules around when children are sick and abide by those rules no matter what. This ensures the health and safety of all the children is always their number one priority. We get daily and consistent updates via their app which lets me know what my child is up to throughout the day. It really puts my mind at ease knowing he is having a great time. I cannot thank the team enough for always putting my son’s safety, health and education first. Highly recommend this centre ⭐️

In such a short time, she came completely out of her shell and absolutely blossomed. The care, patience, and genuine dedication shown by the staff made all the difference—they truly took the time to know her, support her, and help her grow. As a single mum, the outstanding communication meant everything to me and gave me so much peace of mind. I was always kept informed about how her day went, how long she slept, what she ate, and even if she was having a harder day. Knowing they were paying such close attention to her individual needs made such a difference. It was clear every day how much they genuinely cared, and that reassurance meant more to me than I can put into words. I am so grateful for the love and attention my daughter received and will always speak so highly of this daycare and its amazing team.
