Staff are incredibly supportive, accommodating and attentive. My son took a few months to get used to the new environment; all staff were patient and understanding during this transition period. Now, my son can’t stop talking about his friends in class and his educators when we are at home. He loves Guppys and I am so thankful for the staff for their time and energy.

The current staff are fantastic, very nurturing and considerate of each child's needs. I love that they get fresh food and meals made on site for all of the kids as well as being involved in the making of foods and understanding nutrition. A beautiful large multi-age range outdoor area for all the kids to interact and engage in fun play activities. The leadership team are fantastic and very approachable. They are super supportive of each individual family's needs and ensure that the children are all being supported to the best of their ability. Five stars without a doubt.

Yes the facility is a bit superficially dated (which may put a few families off) but the educators are committed to ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for the children’s development. As parents, it gives me complete peace of mind knowing my child is cared for in such a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. The leadership shown by the supervisor is outstanding always professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of every child and family.

Update 2026 - This childcare centre is truly amazing, and it’s all thanks to the educators. Every educator is so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. You can see how much they care, and it shows in the strong relationships they build and the way they support each child’s learning and wellbeing. Our children have been attending for over two years, and during that time they have absolutely flourished — growing in confidence, independence, and happiness. The educators take the time to truly understand each child as an individual and create engaging, meaningful learning experiences that are both fun and educational. Communication is excellent, and we love the updates and photos that give us a real insight into their days. Knowing our children are cared for by such dedicated, passionate educators gives us complete peace of mind. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of this centre and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Posted 2023 - Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. My children have literally grown up at Guppy’s — from toddler age through kindy, and now they’re in big school, with my daughter... My children have literally grown up at Guppy’s — from toddler age through kindy, and now they’re in big school, with my daughter still attending after-school care. What I really love about Guppy’s Acacia Ridge is that my child is always excited to come. She says the teachers are kind and that she really enjoys the activities they do. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s such a bonus that food is included.
